I’ve been doing lots of interviews for international news networks lately. This clip aired in Japan recently. I love how there is some strange aquarium type thing behind the female host. I also think it’s hilarious that they made me stand on the 4-foot tall “Suicide Jumper” ledge for five minutes to get 2 seconds of inexplicable footage.

Yay! I really hope they repeal this ridiculous law. It’s always bothered me that the most amazing and progressive city in the world doesn’t allow dancing in bars.
Last night was my friend Kate’s birthday. We left Water Taxi Beach and took the train to the East Village. On the way I started a Happy Birthday sing-a-long that quickly heightened into a big musical celebration with the help of a stranger and her friends.
