I watch Brian Williams every night. It was pretty upsetting to learn that good ol’ Barry McCaffrey was dishing out government propaganda to me on a regular basis. Even more disappointing is that since The New York Times broke the story, NBC Nightly News hasn’t covered it or apologized in any way. They just quietly stopped having McCaffrey come on to covertly promote the Pentagon’s opinion.
