Random cool Cure fan I befriended, Amanda Palmer, Cody, Me

The last night of Coachella was lots of fun.  My Bloody Valentine was as loud as they are hyped to be, and very cool to see.  The Cure played for almost 3 hours and would have played for longer if the festival hadn’t literally pulled the plug on them (mid song!)  Amanda Palmer happened to be standing right next to us, so I introduced myself.  She had actually emailed me a few years ago about the Dresden Dolls and Improv Everywhere collaborating on a project.  At the time I didn’t even know who the Dresden Dolls were.  I’ve since become of a fan of them as well as her solo stuff, so it was cool to get to geek out at a Cure show with her.  (She put that green thing on my head and I went with it.)
